lift ins scheduled for 2 weeks from Saturday

the marina next to us has their first day scheduled in 2 weeks, our club is in 3 weeks. Right now the basin, bay and lake are still iced over.
I was planning on taking the winter cover off Friday, forecast is now cold and snow all weekend.
The winter that never ends.............
