Left the dock and tried to sail around the harbor but couldn't go anywhere. I had the rudder completely over trying to tack but the boat just went sideways. After about 15 minutes of trying to go up the outside channel I brought the boat back to the dock. There's something wrong with the boat, I said, like it doesn't have a centerboard. It's uncontrollable!

Oh yeah he said, last year we cut the centerboard down to 18 inches (It's suppose to be 4 feet). They gave me my money back.
