Aqua guard bottom paint. The amazing thing is-coverage.

I've used them all from Bottomkote to Hydrocoat, and everything in between. Multi season CS(?). Aqua guard goes on, literally like water, the same as similar water based products I've used(application is similar to VC-17-solvent based). Even with a foam roller, it bubbles, and has to be tipped right after. But a roller full goes a long way and the tipping is easy in the thin coating. The finish is ultra smooth.

If it has a downside, it's particularly prone to drying too fast. Stay out of the sun.

My large underbody-full keel attached rudder, takes 1/2 gallon and two hours(morning is good-before sun hits). If I can make it last in storage, the remaining gallon will go on next season.

Two things I've found: Bottom growth-haul out has shown it to be the best I've used. Build up: I hate to see even ablative pile up after seasons. Aqua guards thin coat isn't building up as fast as previous ablatives I've used(still, I wish there were no build up).

Anyone else use it?
