Trees are now just budding, flowering shrubs are just getting sprouts, flowering trees are acting very odd. They are blooming and dropping the blooms at the same time?

Although the ice booms are out of the entrances of the clubs and marinas there are just a handful of boats in. I would say 75% of the boats at our place are still covered. We have 2 1/2 weeks left to get all the boats in (club rules) so unless you have a letter from a mechanic or you are in the hospital or something, the fines start racking up. We lucked out, all the boats in front of us were either launched or left the club, I was ready Sunday so they put us in. I have never been in the water this early in at least 10 years. There is no one else in on our dock.
