Then you get to paint every year. I am just starting the annual paint and varnish period. Should be finished by the end of the month. Varnish is worse than the paint since I have both a bright finished transom and a mahogany cabin house.

The sailboat is finished and only needs interior cleaning before it launches in 10 days.
