One of the things that's been great for our family is the togetherness of being on the boat and functioning as a crew. It's tough for parents and children to find common ground, and sailing has been one such sharing experience. Whether laying on the nets (or deck) looking for shooting stars and just talk'n, or playing our roles operating the boat, or hooking/unhooking a fish, it's all good!

I'm happy to say my sons still want to come out with my wife and I, even though they're in their mid-twenties and on their own, and have to travel several hours to do it. That's priceless.
