Of course it is tough to remotely diagnose but those pesky exhaust restrictions cause overheating and loss of performance. It seems that only in forward is the engine under full load. I am assuming no prop pitch change recently. I used to take my volvo exaust elbow to the radiator shop ever 2 years and replace every 4 years.
