We just got back from another week of vacation sailing, and (without my knowledge) my wife timed the process from dinghy lift to motor installation. 7 minutes. Not bad.

We stow our dinghy inverted on a side net, but fundamentally it's no different from stowing on your foredeck. Switching from a 60 pound engine to a 30 pound engine makes it a lot easier, and saves a little time because there's no external gas tank.
