In San Francisco bay. It's a park and only accessible by boat. We picked up a mooring and went on the island. We had to be off the island by night fall, BUT, the last ferry departed for the mainland about 6 PM. ALL of the animals know this and head down to the picknick area looking for left over snacks! So, unless you are on your own boat, you never see this.

By the way, boats are NOT allowed to stay on the dock after dark.
