The charts I need for my Cx are $160; whereas a new CS is in the $280 range, and comes with "BlueChart g2 coastal charts for all the US."

The Cx is listed as discontinued. (gee, I think I only bought it a couple of years ago...) I hate that "discontinued" issue with relatively new technology... obsolescence in what 2 years? Sheesh.

The biggest issue is the interface to the home computer... "Garmin Express" is not supported with the Cx and the newer browsers don't support the garmin interface.

Just wondering if there is a more suitable handheld GPS. Wouldn't mind something a bit bigger, but don't want a full on large chart plotter... Any recommendations for something small tablet sized (handheld) in a good GPS system?
