Pic of river..

River is "milky" from glacial finely ground rock sediment. Not sure how far the glacier is away but it clearly affects river color. Looking into the river you see silty sediment laying on the bottom. When the perc holes for septic were dug, it exposed a top layer of three or four feet of silty sediment over very smooth rocked silty sediment below. It is exactly what I'd expect for that area. I expect it gets a lot wider in winter/spring.
