Looks like a nice spot Jim.
I was on a 50 mile race last Saturday, up the river and back. The morning started out with a nice sunrise over the city and about 10 knots of wind.
We got the asymmetrical up at the start and flew it for a while before the wind went forward.
By the time we turned around the wind was 17 to 20 knots and we had the rail down pretty much the whole way back.
It was a great race, we finished in just under 7 hours and somehow the chef managed to keep the soup on the stove.
