only guide I am aware of is "Cruising Texas" by Ed Campbell, and I don't know if it's still being published
No chart books for Texas/Louisiana that I know of
For ICW chart info, look into the NOAA Booklet charts. I have those in a notebook covering tip of Texas to Florida
