Maybe someone here knows. I was having a discussion recently about US boats visiting that big island south of the Bahamas - I'll call it Abuc. Do you know of anyone who went there in the past without a license and was penalized upon returning to the US? I'm not asking about the likelihood of that happening now or in the future. Just wondering if it has ever happened as I've never heard even a rumor of it.
