There's a great view of Santiago Harbor from that hill. There's still two currencies here, CUCs for tourists and pesos (1/25 CUC) for locals, but nearly everyone now uses CUCs for everything. There are still strict rules about traveling by boat but we were free to go anywhere by taxi.
