inoperable Autohelm wind meter with the new Ray Marine. I was able to interface it with the existing Autohelm speed and depth units using adaptor pig tails I bought which made it easy. The problem was that the old unit stopped working but I replaced the mast head unit two years ago after a Blue Footed Boobie landed on it. i did't want to spend the 400+ dollars for the masthead unit if I did't need to. So, right now, I have an Autohelm mast head unit, a Ray Marine instrument connected to old Autohelm speed and depth units. I'm all hooked up but have yet to energized and adjusted. If it doesn't work right I'll have to replace the masthead part as well. That's the wild card. We'll see.
