I have the main relay from Lofrans which will switch the motor for anchor up and down directions. This will control with a manual switch.
I intend to also install a remote wireless control to switch the control current.
Lofrans sells one, but it is a stupid price and quite physically clumsy because the only model they offer has 6 buttons and 3 channels so that it can control a bow thruster and a stern thruster too. We do not want a stern thruster and do not want a wireless control for the bow thruster.
A truck winch control like https://www.warn.com/atv/accessories/wireless_remote.shtml
or
http://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools/product_200579911_200579911
look practical. The handheld transmitter is waterproof
I suspect that they could control the main relays for the Lofrans. but do not yet know how much current the Lofrans relay takes.
I could always cascade the controls through a pair of headlamp relays for the up and the down, then be sure of not overloading the controller.
