In the departure lounge, you lie down in a pod, they slip you a little pill, and when you go unconscious they close the lid. A bit like the pods in the spaceship in 2001 Space Odyssey.
All the pods get loaded on the plane -- no fighting over seats or overhead luggage -- and locked in place.
At your destination, you wake up in the arrival terminal with your bags next to your pod and a gin & tonic in your hand.
