I'd like to hear about any experiences sailing in and around Andros, Bahamas, for background on a novel. Andros seems to be a large unexplored area with a few settlements mostly devoted to fishing and diving. Do you have any experience sailing the area? Do you know of any online sites or blogs related to Andros?

I'm also researched the historical background related to Black Seminoles, escaped slaves who lived in south Florida next to Seminole Indians and then escaped the Indian Wars to settle in the Andros Red Bays area. That background may also play a part in this tale.

Any tips would be appreciated.
