The wife has said for years ours was the perfect boat 'cause its paid for.

Now, We have just put her up for sale and decided to move on land.
Reason is we wanted to give up cruising because we did all we thought
we could, and we wanted to move back to land while we were able and not
when we had a medical emergency. We've had a couple close calls.

Buying boats involves lots of emotions, but at some stage, we need to put
the emotions aside and view the realities.
