Photoday! Two racers: A Friendship sloop and a New York 40.
To my eye, the red New York 40 - a Peterson IOR design from 1977 - looks more dated than the Friendship sloop, designed in the late 1800's as a fishing boat.
I guess I've been on the water in Maine too long (or long enough).
