seems to have all the power you would need. I use it to haul up my dinghy on Davits. That's something I can do manually but it's pretty damn hard with the boat and engine and the drill doesn't seem to know it's working. It will haul me up the mast on a 4 part quite quickly. I think it will serve your needs.
