This is D'Escousse Harbur on the northeast side of Isle Madame, across Lennox Passage from Cape Breton. There's a new pub, the Groundswell, which opened last year and features live music, good food and drink and is the local surfing headquarters. The anchorage is well protected from nearly every direction. This is one of those places I mentioned earlier that was new to us this year.
