Some suggested the U.S. Intercoastal Waterway Trip south from Norfolk was very messed up?
A lot of marina fuel docks and marinas are "toast" especially in North Carolina and South Carolina. Also, I would suspect that with all the water, there would have been a bunch of shifting of the channels (or what they used to call channels :^))) ).
Is that so?
