They're erecting a new travel lift down the hill. Replacing the 15 year old 50 ton for a brand new 90 ton lift. It was getting old but a major reason is there is a 92' sailboat building built in the sheds right now. Now they can launch the finished boat in the harbor instead of trucking it to the Goose River launch.

90'er aren't new here. This is though, "Currently, Rockport Marine is constructing the hull of a 92-foot sloop for a gentleman in his 90s, who wants to get more sailing time in."
