Electricity is expensive here in Panama. But WHY does the big cat next to us in the slip persist in running their extremely noisy smelly diesel every morning, all morning. And whoever lives there never seems to leave the boat, after 3 days, we haven't seen them, other than the top of someone's head.

It's not just at anchor that diesels or generators are annoying! It could be worse ... after all, we are in paradise!
