They load up the company with debt which they then use to pay themselves outrageous returns. Afterwards, they put a new coat of varnish on the enterprise by squeezing the employees and dump it to the next money-shuffling greedy bloodsuckers who think they can make some easy money, too.
The problem is that you can squeeze only so much juice out of an orange. Personally, I just can't imagine how this sort of finance driven capitalism is beneficial or, indeed, sustainable in the long run.
