worry about one of us taking a digger while out on a crossing. No CG to call and not much of a chance for other help of any kind. That's the down side of cruising. It's not just the overboard issue that everyone thinks about. I think the bigger issue is just what happened to Al. If you take a major fall and are truly injured, your screwed. That's the long and the short of it. When you get older, it's one and a half hands for yourself and half a hand for the ship. It works out better for both that way. IMHO
