I had the Raritan Sea Era electric and it was fantastic. The only negative is that it used more water than we would use with a manual head, because the Sea Era always flushes with sea water, whereas a manual head can be dry-flushed for urine. (Would fill the holding tank faster).
I've owned three manual Jabsco toilets and had to repair/replace two of them. The first one's plastic pump cover cracked at the long sheet-metal style screws that are set in plastic (not through-bolted like the Raritan) and it leaked. Pump parts were almost as costly as a new toilet and less available, so I replaced the whole thing. That boat was sold with it, but even when the Jabsco worked well there was an occasional need to "help it" flush solid waste and toilet paper. Next Jabsco came with the next boat and broke too, so I replaced it with the Raritan Sea Era and never had a problem -- sold that boat and that toilet is still working well 5 years later for it's new owner.
This summer I replaced a European-made toilet with the Raritan PHC manual toilet for Double Horizon and it is even better than the Sea Era. Even my (full-grown male) teens complemented me on how well it worked, and believe me toilets are not their "thing". ;)
Judging by my limited experience with the ITT Jabsco manual model, IMHO they are cheap crap not made to last. Raritan is far superior, and both the manual and electric Raritan models I owned were 100% reliable in my limited experience.
