I did a quick internet search when I was out there. Sure there are some pricey areas of La Jolla, but you can find a nice house for the same price as mine or cheaper. Doesn't matter much though, there is little to no satellite manufacturing in San Diego. I can still visit and enjoy it while I'm there.
