Have two pairs a 7x50 and an 8x30. Use the small ones for casual day time looking around and the big ones at night or in rough water. They really do work across a wide focal area and are sharp and bright. Owned Steiner's for over 25 years and would never consider switching. However those nifty stabilized ones are kinda interesting - but I don't need em now.
