But first, are you absolutely sure that there aren't two more set screws, mine has four.
Remove the propshaft.
Put a hacksaw blade into the hole and put the hacksaw handle around it with the teeth facing inward.
Carefully, cut two slots about 3/4 inch apart. Be careful to use a straight motion (no rocking) when cutting. Do not cut all the way through - when the slot is near the strut stop. Take a half inch steel chisel and raise the 3/4 inch portion of the cutlass bearing. Hammer the chisel under the piece and thus tear the remaining, uncut portion of the segment. Odds are that by the time you get in a couple of inches the bearing will start sliding out.
This will take at least an hour to do. Maybe two hours. You may be happier just having the yard do it with their hydraulic puller.
