since I bought and tried to use a sat phone.
Think I was able to complete one or two calls out of
dozens of attempts. (we got so we would turn it on to s
ee if it would connect it never did - and it was not the handset.
customer service was a joke they did not acknowledge problems
I would be very cautious about giving them a single dollar
