I'm living in the Stamford CT area. The cost of housing here is, well, stupid expensive. A 46' trawler came along and would make a nice liveaboard for my fiance' and myself, two cats, guinea pig, and dog. Three staterooms, three heads, A/C, twin Ford Lehman diesels, 15 kw generator, 7.5 kw generator, roll stabilizers, a hard bottom boat with a 40 hp outboard with electric hoist, etc.

The boat needs a lot of work, but nothing I haven't done before (except the decks) but on a much larger scale.

I don't need a sailboat since I can use the ones here at work.
