and start there. Was doing a house remodel about 10 years ago and considered living aboard a similar vessel during the remodel. Might have been fun... but the first thing I ran into was "you can't keep it on our docks." And the waiting list for other nearby dock space was 2 years or more. So I would have had to put it over 35 miles from the house. The idea was kinda sunk at that point.
