Danny Taylor designed most of it (according to him) and their customer service sucks - big time! I have divested myself of every scrap of Raymarine garbage in the last year or so.

Garmin or Furuno for me. Both have actual people you can talk too, should need arise ...and the quality of their equipment is very good in my humble opinion.
