Have had good support from Raymarine

When my boat was struck by lightning they gave me all new equipment as a repair/exchange for a fraction of the cost of replacement at retail -- as I recall it cost about $1600 vs. $5k replacement value. Turn-around was quick too, even though I declined the extra-cost "expedited" service.

Phone support was good too when I needed to troubleshoot a masthead wind meter, on another occasion.
