that they were attacking a merchant. Wouldn't surprise me if the Navy had their light's on to look like a merchant or maybe had all their lights off running straight along the shipping lane as bait.

This mission has to be one of the coolest jobs a Navy captain gets to do these days. Sure has to beat waiting on station and programming in cruise missile coordinates for some classified target 100 miles inland.

Too bad the Captain and crew doesn't get to take the captured pirate ship as a prize.
