Not entirely of course, but I don't recall seeing more people employed at the local boatyard that did the BOLERO restoration at any time in the past that I've lived here.

We seem to be in a sort of downtown renaissance for the last year or so as well. I think the boatyard has a world class reputation with boats like this and they're very competitive as well so boats can come from far away. House sales are up as are prices in this area. Beats me.

I don't know much about the owners or their plans, I'm glad they chose this area to have the work done. Are wasps on the decline?
