speaking of slipping between the lifelines, I think it's a bit odd to say the least that... 
In Response To: The shroud fairlead in action ()
() ... we have been sailing around with the same sort of lifeline set up on yachts for many years while at the same time, in the safety of someone's back yard, we are demanded to go by some paranoid concept of keeping children safe from falling off patios.
We all know what lifelines look like on sailboats but maybe not what they have to go to the lengths of doing to keep children from falling off of their back patio.
I just think this is silly, anyone else?
