All of the one's I mentioned can do high-level work. Chuck Kelly the owner at AllPaint (401.253.7399) would be a good guy to speak with. He's a knowledgeable and straightforward guy. They also do work for some of the other yards/manufacturer's in the area.

These are some contact names for NEB (Scott Murray (401.683.4000 is the yard manager)and Waterline (Randy Borges, President or Will Harris(401.682.1661). I still haven't gotten feedback on Waterline. It seems like half the town took went to Bermuda.

Newport Shipyard is the other big dog in the area. I don't know if they still have an inhouse paint/prep crew or have a contractor come in or both. I'll ask and get back to you.
