The concentration of "cold" can have unintended consequences on some boxes. I'd put the dry ice on something to keep it off of th box sides or bottom.

Otherwise, it does work -- as long as you don't touch it with your skin ;^).

Never put it in water either -- it will "boil"...Kids in my experimental highschool, long, long ago, broke a urinal with that prank.
