Replace the bulb

I've got an Aqua Signal 40 bicolor bow light on my boat. Replaced the bulb with an approved LED bulb and it's worked fine for a couple of years.Brighter than the incandescent bulb and the amp meter barely flickers when I turn on the running lights.
