I too have an 8hp on her and with Smart Tabs she goes like crazy. A dry ride, IMHO.

The only weak point is that she needs a dab of Sika where the tube meets the transom. When you fold it down it can open a tiny leak spot there.

If $$$$ is not an issue (The Rover Lite line are the most expensive tenders available in their size range) go for it.
