You might try a 30 amp shorepower outlet -- then use a 110V 15Amp adapter with your power tool pluged into it.

I think that if you mount it vertically, it will work (but use the screw cover to seal it).

I think Tom's suggestion makes a lot of sense. Can't you put an outlet in one of the deck lockers. (not the propane one ;^) )
