I have a similar issue in my galley... and the hoses are held on with bad clamps and what appears to be silicon RTV. The hoses are good, but the plumbing as a whole leaves a bit to be desired.
While Rich suggested having someone make something up... are there not standard plumbing parts for the salt water crowd? Every boat on salt water, that has a galley, needs similar parts; so there should be no reason for having to custom design them.
I find that the issues of mismatched home plumbing systems daunting enough (especially with some parts "buried" in the cement foundation, or inside walls)... I don't see why the marine world has to duplicate all the problems of the land based world.
