Leave everything except your personal stuff. Keep your charts as memories. Everything else taken off your boat will hurt the sale and the value of your
boat. Folks buying her, in your price range are robbing peter to pay paul. They don't have a pot to piss in, and they'll buy the boat which has the most stuff.
I see it all of the time and always advise my clients (sellers) to leave things intact, because those that look at the boat, are dreaming and get "turned on"
by seeing a proper equipped vessel.

Be real, what are you going to get for all of that shit selling it on EBay?
All of that stuff will make your boat more marketable.
