Radar Signal Multipliers?
You mean a reflector; or a transponder?
Transponder is...
Probably she used an ACR model -- or something similar
If you want to be depressed....
What you're asking about is an "active radar reflector"
I have a SeaMe, there is also the Echomax....
Most of that is 'mental masturbation'
There are times you can't see from a cockpit, Dan y.
I never said it guaranteed squat. I have also been almost run down....
Perhaps I wasn't clear.

What DDW said.
the best type of passive radar reflector
Actually, a sailboat hull -- even steel, unless it's a really big hull) -- isn't that visible.
Might be the best... but still piss poor....
Sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but
The point of the transponder is that it gives 10x - 100x the return of a Blipper...
There is no argument
The thing is that they all need maintenance and at some point fail
Problem is, your brain tires much more quickly than equipment does...
You had better keep a REALLY sharp lookout....
The new broadband radars do very well with small boats..
Hunh? Is this something new?
Some info on Broadband radar...
Look on Panbo.com, he has had some interesting side-by-side comparisons.
