This shot was taken when we anchored about 100 yards off Great Captain Island last summer. Greenwich CT harbor is in the distance.
This boat is a real beauty. (In this image the anchor rode at first glance looks like it's a part of the hull, and creates a somewhat distracting visual dissonance around the bow.) The photo doesn't do justice to the quality of the brightwork, as the restoration (to my eye) is museum-class. It was a bit of a thrill to see this boat actually being used especially considering it's pristine condition.
