It turned out to be the internal memory battery in the stereo was backfeeding the indicator. I unplugged the stereo harness and the lights went out.

baffled with this 12v issue
- A Possible reason for the glow
  - Or is it possible that the 110 light is hitting the led and look like they are glowing?
    - only 4 of the 11 LED's are glowing
- Try this fix...
